No (I know this is a microsoft support group..) IAS can only
authenticate and store data in ad. It doesn't come with a schema to
extend the AD users and computer mmc plugin (with, lets say, an extra
tab named "radius" together with the rest of the user credentials)
Just like what happens when you install exchange.
