Local users authentication problem

Hi,

I have an IAS server on Win2K machine joined to a domain and I can't
authenticate local users.
It always authenticate against the domain even if I type "MACHINE \
username" in my request
The log shows :

User was denied access
Fully-Qualified-User-Name = " DOMAIN \ Username "

How can I set IAS to use local SAM as well ?
