Scott,

Code 66 stands for "Invalid authentication type" as opposed to 18 which is
"unsupported auth type".
I suggest that you turn on tracing: run "netsh ras set tr * en" and check
your logfiles at %windir%\tracing. if there are any logs that seem
suspicious, copy them to this news group and someone will take a look.
