Radius?

Dear all,

I've been asked to setup a Radius server to authenticate all machines
plugged into our LAN ( wired / wireless ).
We are in AD environment.

I'm kinda new to this.
I had successfully setup a RAS.
So, is RAS + IAS = RADIUS ?
