IAS and GPRS

Hi .I am setting up a application to use an APN and GPRS.I
require fixed IP adresses and have been told we will need
to setup a Radius Server to allocate the IP adresses.Can
IAS be used for this ?Has anyone done it before ?Any
problems hickups you can notify me of would be great ?
