Need your help

I am running a Windows 2003 IAS server with Remote Access
Policy. Users and Computers are in the appropriate groups
all computers and users are getting authenticated except
for the "Local Administrator" account of the wireless
laptops. The error message in the logs states that the
local Administrator account has access denied.

reason code =7 The specified domain does not exist.

Using Peap and Verisign for the server certificate.
