Hi,
What is the exact error you get and when.
Assuming that you mean the spell check for outlook express.
We can work to resolve the problem by performing the following steps:
1. Extract the files in the attachments with this email to the desktop.
2. Rename the following files which are located at C:\Program Files\Common
Files\Microsoft Shared\Proof
CSAPI3T1.DLL, mssp2_en.lex, mssp232.dll
To
CSAPI3T1.OLD, mssp2_en.old, mssp232.old
3. Copy the CSAPI3T1.DLL mssp2_en.lex mssp232.dll extracted on the
desktop to
C:\Program Files\Common Files\Microsoft Shared\Proof
4. Double click the test.reg and click OK on the coming dialog.
5. Restart the computer.
As Outlook Express doesn't combine the spell check components, the
implementation
of this function relies on other programs' spell check function, such as
Outlook, word or
Microsoft Works. If the suggestion above doesn't work, please install one
of these
programs to get the spell check function.
Hope this helps.
With Regards,
Asima
