Hi Ron,
It may be a memory problem. Navigate to the OE application in the Finder
and select it by clicking once. Do a Get Info (Cmd>i). Raise the Preferred
memory of the app by 5000. Leave the Minimum memory setting alone. If that
doesn't help, try another 5000.
Disclaimer: I haven't opened OE in OS 9 in a long time but, if my memory
hasn't failed, this should be the correct procedure. Post back if it isn't
and I'll crank up OE in Classic.
