ok here goes.
I've had trouble with IE *unexpectedly quitting* for months and fooled
around with increasing the memory
but it didnt do any good.
Ive also had trouble getting into some sites because they tell me I
have to upgrade my OE or IE I cant remember which.
I also couldnt view some video clips because I couldnt upgrade Windows
Media Player unless I used 0S X
OK so I fooled around with OS X for hours getting more and more
screwed up, until I lost all my music and went back to 9
and retreived it but I dont know what I might have done
when I was fooling around trying to learn OS. X.
I also downloaded and insalled either Outlook Express or Internet
Explorer hoping that it would help.-I didnt unstall my
OE or IE --I didnt think I had to.
I think I also tried changing my cache size -the book I have suggested
it.
Suddenly like it did very often IE "unexectedly " quit again and when I
restarted wouldnt launch at all.
The window opens but immediately it unexpectedly quits.
OE wont do anything at all when I try to launch it.
I am obviously not very good with computers and occasionally get myself
in trouble but Apple
always told me how to fix it but my warantee just ran out .
When you say delete you mean throw them in the trash? if so do I have
to empty the trash--
and do I have to reboot?
I'm always afraid to empty the trash that unlss I am sure it wont screw
something up.
and if I reboot I dont know if I can find my way back.
I think that's it.
I cant imagine that its not a horror to you but I 'll go delete the
files, not empty the trash and see if it help\s.
then I"ll come back here and see if I have to do the 2 things above and
go from there. I wont
use email unless i cant get back at all.
tnx
Barbara
If I cant get back here because I
I dont think it took but soon after that my computer got slower and
slower, my yahoo mail took forever to run
Then one of the sites I
