Beth: Well, now, I can't even manually add a new contact. I currently have
523 contacts in my Address Book

By using the Shift Key, I was able to drag all e-mail adddresses to a
separate Contacts Folder. 95% came out as clippings with the rest coming out
out as e-mail adddresses. don't know why it did that. But, after setting
up the second identity, I can't drag the contents of the Contacts Folder to
the second Identity's empty address book window. It just goes back to the
source. I can't figure out a way around it. Shift won't work in
highlighting a range of files which makes the hundred at a time idea not
doable. Any other ideas? It's serious if I can't ender ANY new contacts
