From what you have said the remote computer is behind a router of some kind
as well? It is that router that will need to be configured to forward the
appropriate packets (either port forward tcp 1503 or configure the dmz).
This assumes that the dsl provided by your ISP provide the remote site with
a public IP (i.e. the remote router itself is not behind a NAT router).
both the computers are conntected to internet by same provider
I don't think that is relevant unless they are both on the same LAN
network.
