Accessing remote desktop

Dear All,

Can anybody please guide me about configuration of net meeting
i have installed NM , my OS is win xp 2
I am able to access my desktop throgh LAN by dialing my computer name.

However when I try to access my computer through VAN IP, error is "the
computer you are dialing is unable to accept net meeting calls"

please guide me to come out of this problem.

I have even tried after disabling windows firewal also
