Does this machine get updated regularly by some sort of upstreamed process?yeah I believe it does since it is connecting to some kind of an
"integerity server"
It is possible that some sort of update or policy change is the root of
your problem.
I lean towards that theory as well.
What operating system are you running? If XP is the XP firewall running?
I am running XP , and the firewall is running, however this machine is
so secure that I cannot run the XP firewell program in order to change
the settings.
A change to the firewall is configuration is required to run RDS
(http://support.microsoft.com/default.aspx?scid=kb;en-us;878451) -- I don't
know why this would just suddenly start to be a problem though.
Well if you know a way of tweaking the laptop so that I CAN actually
configure the windows firewall please let me know.
