How to confugure Netmeeting automatically

Hi, I want to automate the configuration of netmeeting. My
requirements are below

Is there any way i can automate the netmeeting configuration? I don't
want the user to enter any thing when then runs conf.exe for the first
time? I am okey to have a script/registry settings importing.

any suggestions?
