The procedure outlined in the KB article "How to Remove and Reinstall
NetMeeting"
(http://support.microsoft.com/default.aspx?scid=KB%3bEN-US%3bQ267958) does
what you want (the article does not mention XP but this works for XP as
well as 2000).
