We have purchased an MS Enterprise Server and want to have a N-way video

NetMeeting supports one to one audio/video -- it can participate in a
multiparty audio/video call with the support of an external MCU. No such
MCU is available from Microsoft.

Can someone at MS advise me if
this is possible?

I am not not from Microsoft. Microsoft employees do not generally monitor
or participate here -- the forum is for peer to peer support.

The short answer to your question -- this is not possible without the use
of a 3rd party MCU (and with the decline and retirement of NetMeeting there
are no products that I am aware of that you could use).
