There is no directory operated by Microsoft for NetMeeting users and
calling via Msn Messenger disappeared a few Messenger versions ago.
As NetMeeting can make direct IP to IP calls that is the call initiation
strategy used by the most of the few remaining NetMeeting users (I suspect
there are still a number of private ILS servers used by people for internal
corporation calling) and there are a few public servers
(http://www.netmeetinghq.com used to have a list -- I am not sure of the
state of that site or the list these days).
