I would continue to try to debug the setup using your only local network so
that router issues aren't in play ( there may be more than one problem
here).
Using the two local machines issues that I can think of that might cause
non reception of audio/video:
1) firewall blocking -- make sure that local firewalls (including the XP
firewall) are setup to allow NetMeeting exception or server status
2) secure calls -one end set to "secure calls only"- that forces a data
only call
3) the QoS Packet Scheduler - it often prevents the sending of audio/video-
disabling it is recommended in these
