looking for a way to directly call a computer and initiate a netmeeting session

Hello all,

I was wondering if it were possible to call another computer using
dialer.exe and then once the computer picks up the line, start
netmeeting and begin a session?

is there an existing process for this task? I wan't to be able to
reach and support users who aren't savvy enough to figure out their ip
address settings etc, or who are behind firewalls using extensive port
forwarding schemes.

any help would be appreciated,

.
