    No routers at either end I assume?

    To connect the call you must determine the IP to call just before the call
    ( using the help about in NetMeeting if no routers are involved) -- IPs will
    change from time to time ( or on every connection) depending on the ISP
    involved.

    How and when do you determine the Ip address to call?
