    BTW, I am not beating up on you, more so myself for not researching the
    product especially since I got it off eBay? At any rate, I have noticed that
    after installing and setting up MSN Messenger I can use the mic. at least I
    can see the MSN Messenger indicator bar move when I talk towards the
    camera/mic.

    Now my only problem is how/who do I contact to verify I can use video
    conferencing effectively or at all for that matter. Again, I have no
    experience when it comes to this video conferencing or talking and seeing
    who I am talking to. I would like to get something setup and working so
    that I can keep better tabs on my 76 year old mother up in Boston. I am
    located in Poughkeepsie, NY...
