MISSING FOLDERS

Tech-Archive recommends: Fix windows errors by optimizing your registry

Running Vista SP1, have downloaded IE8 but using Firefox (default).

Going into Windows Mail yesterday, I found that though I could send/receive
Emails, my local folders had just disappeared!

Hoping somebody out there can help me, thanks.
