RE: saving and restoring individual emails

Tech Tip: Click here to run a free scan for Windows Errors and optimize PC performance

I run internet explorer and outlook express on my computer. Last night it
offered to free up disc space by compressing my email files. This morning
there are no records of Sent emails more recent than 25-11-2008. Given that
these are vital for my business interests and my work as Chair of a school
governing body how do I RETRIEVE THEM?

In distress,

Sometimes I have individual emails (perhaps a half dozen or so) that I would
like to copy and save from my Outlook inbox on one computer and transfer to
the inbox to another PC without sending the email via the internt. Is this
possible? Can these be selected and copied to some medium and then copied
back to the same computer or to my PC desktop at home?

Any help or direction would be appreciated.

Jerry
