Windows mail lost its memory

Tech Tip: Click here to run a free scan for Windows Errors and optimize PC performance

Hi -

My windows mail seems to have just lost its memory. It cannot complete the
authorization step. A lovely little window pops up asking me to verify my
user name and password for my mail server. I enter them but windows mail
still cannot complete the authorization step.

The problem is not my mail server (comcast) because when I go directly to
the comcast site and enter my user name and password I get access to my email
account. I can only assume that the problem is with windows mail.

Anyone have any ideas about how to fix this?

With much appreciation,
.
