phishing scam - locked out - how fix?

so, that great scam that we were not supposed to answer? we answered becasue
we didn't want to be deleted. Guess what? Now our password was changed, and
so was our location information, so now I canot send myself a password change
e-mail (can't sign it to get it ) and i cant use my locatin info to reset it
(it was changed to who knows what). As this email account is used to
communicate with many many others on a project I'm worksing, I can't just
change it - especially since it contains all their addresses, which I need!!

I can't even get help cause it wants me to sign in to access it!!!!

How can I get someone in Support to PLEASE help and reset my password so I
can go in and change it to salvage my ID?
