As Vanguard said, THIS newsgroup (also known as a Community or a discussion group) is dedicated to email topics. For your WinXP question, you should try one of the many groups dedicated to WinXP.
But the quick answer to your question is that you SHOULD be able to simply start WinXP SP1 and click Windows Update. At this late date, you will automatically get SP3, not SP2. In the unlikely case that you really do need SP2, you should ask the WinXP gurus in one of those WinXP newsgroups how to get it.
