There is no such thing as "legitimate" spam, except per the U.S. CAN-SPAM
Act of 2003.

If your email adverts are legitimately requested, they are, by definition,
"not spam".

You could do what the spammers do: Test your email against SpamAssassin, and
try to get the lowest SA score. Or, you could just include, in your
subscription welcome notice, a suggestion to white list your email adverts.

If the people have requested information, then you can do one of two things, either put a note on the request website to have the address that you send from placed in a "white list" or their contacts so it won't get filtered, or you can just tell them to look in their filtered folders. ...
