spam problem

i have a problem
our customers receive spam mails from info@xxxxxxxxxxxxxx
for example asdasd@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx receive e mail like that

subjet sex.mpg, funny pics
from info@xxxxxxxxxxxxxx
to asdasd@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx (only to this mail)

how can i solve this problem ? i searched and found that is a virus.
blackcomb or smthingelse? but how can it be?
