The new 60 day extension is for users who have been using their services for a minimum of 2 years. If your account is 2 yrs old or more only then you will get the benefit of having the account expiry date extended

Hi,
I've just reactivated a msn account because it was not used it for 30 days.
But... i lose some important information as emails activation account with their password.
I tried to send a request to the Hotmail Staff Team, but i received each time this message "Thank you for sending an e-mail message to staff@xxxxxxxxxxxx However, this is
not a monitored e-mail address."
Also, is it possible to retrieve all them?
Best Regards,
Cédric.
