Email problem

I have a domain (http://www.kastlekaraoke.com) and want email addresses
like info, dj, songs, sales@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx, etc I have free hosting
account with http://www.ueuo.com but although I have got the domain
hosting I don't get free email account. is there any way I can get a
free account from anyone? Or can it be done with php or MySQL as I have
that but don't know what to do to set it up? Please help as need to get
gigs for Xmas sorted! Merry Xmas btw!
