I am trying to get IE6 to use Outlook 2003 as it's default email
program on a restricted user account, but when I log on as the
restricted user it defaults to Outlook Express 6 instead. I have OE6
removed from the components in my control panel and still it opens when
the restricted user account tries to open a new message in IE6. When I
promote the user to administrator it works correctly using Outlook
2003. Anyone have any idea's or know about this issue?
