What error message does he get when he tries to send with his domain
name e-mail address?
An SMTP mail server can filter on whatever it wants to.
Include the original message when posting replies. It makes it easier
to work a problem.
As you mentioned in the original, the setup still works for you. Does
that mean that you reproduced his setup on your PC? Or that you also
have a registered domain and use the same ISP, or do you have a similar
setup but use a different ISP?
