I don't know where you can get more info than that which I gave you. I too
have multiple accounts and only one is suffering from this effect. There's
no known logic behind which accounts are chosen for this as near as I can
tell. This account is no more nor less active than any other, has never been
used for sending UCE, and is pretty old. I've tried contacting customer
support twice today but each time I get an odd text error in my browser
about illegal form field entry (no matter what is selected) and haven't been
able to do so. Perhaps they'll figure it out? Perhaps you can contact them
and get more information? I've been unable to do so at this point in time.
I'll try it again later though as it's driving me just as bonkers as you
probably. No known fix at this point in time. No known logic or reason for
why some accounts are forced to do this and other accounts are not.
