mmm... still having problems with this....

I've contacted my ISP, and they have told me that there is no solution
to this problem. ???

The problem is related to the use of SQwebmail.

What I am doing is the following

1. Downloading all my currently received emails. Works fine.

2. Then I move my mail that had been sent via SQwebmail from the
SQWebmail send items folder into the SQwebmail Inbox folder.

3. I then try and download these mails, and the problem occurs.

4. I then move the mail back from the SQWebmail inbox to the SQWebmail
send folder, and the logon problem does not occur (although there are
no items to download).

My ISP has told me that the process of moving my emails from the Sent
box to the inbox corrupts the mail, stopping it from being able to be
downloaded.

He has suggested that I go back and resend all my sent mail to myself
again so that it goes into the inbox, and then I can download it. I
simply cannot believe this kind of comment. Some "IT" people really
need to be a little more professional sometimes. Doing this will loose
all my sent dates, and sender addresses, and I'm sure that all these
recipients will not want to receive copies of mail that I sent 3 years
ago!!! What an absolutely brainless suggestion that they have made. The
software seems to be at fault (or the way that it is set up at the
ISP), and it should be treated as such, not come up with these other
hair brain suggestions.

How does anyone ever download any mail that they had sent directly
using the SQWebmail interface?
