I need a free email client that saves emails as text files

Hello everyone,

I need to parse incoming emails. I have done this easily in Unix but am
having trouble with Windows 2000.

Does anyone know of a free email client that saves each email as its own
file? Or is there a way to do this using the SMTP service in Win2k?
