Set up the account and set the leave messages on server (Advanced tab in the
Mail accounts setting) on both computers to X number of days.

That way all mail is sent to both computers and would be deleted X number of
days later. Set it to a low number (1 day) if you get a lot of mail.

Tools | Accounts | Mail | <account name> | Properties | Advanced tab
