Downloading Photos

    Suddenly every photo that I want to download can only be
    downloaded in Bitmap (*bmp) format. The picture is
    posted as a j-peg. But when I go to save it to a new
    folder, the protocol lists it as "Hyper Text Transfer
    Protocol." I am not given a choice as to the format that
    I want to save it in. For months, I have not had this
    problem. Why does this problem suddenly occur? Why am I
    only able to download j-peg photos as Bitmaps? Help!
