Brad,
I have the same problem. See my post:
My (new Gatewauy Laptop) computer "caught something" from
my old computer which formating the hard drive and
running a restore CD won't fix. Basically it will not
remember my password in outlook express and I've tried
ALL the normal stuff. There don't seem to be any Viruses
or Norton would have found them. It also won't remember
web passwords. Anyone know how to fix it?
Anyway I'm gonna call Microsoft tomorrow so I'll let you
know if I solve it.
Danny
