But you must realise, that most who do that, are probably first time users
of the newsgroups?
They are not using OE etc to be able to mark a message as watched.
My advice is for 'that' user:
How to see replies here? click the [+] next to the question.

They do not know any better!! MS sends them there for help, most never find
their way back for any answer they might get?
