The Account field is wrong. You do not specify the mail server in that
field. You specify your account *name* that you have with that mail
server. "Account: 'mail.cableone.net'" is wrong and should be something
like "Account: '<youraccountname>'".
If fixing the account name (and password) data in the e-mail account
defined in your e-mail client doesn't correct the problem, well, then
maybe you are infected. Call your e-mail provider and ask them if they
can check their logs or determine why their anti-virus software is
detecting your messages as being infected.
There are several online anti-virus file scanners available for free so
try those, like at Symantec, McAfee, and TrendMicro. Note that file
scanners will not catch all viruses. You need to BUY and install a
local anti-virus program on your computer and have its real-time or
on-demand scanner always running which looks for viruses getting into
memory. Nothing can effect its payload unless it gets into memory. The
online file scanners probably don't scan your memory but just scan your
files looking for known signatures of infections. The freebie version
of AVG does have an on-demand scanner to check memory but AVG's coverage
for virus detection is not 100%, so another AV product might detect the
bug (if there really is a bug and it isn't some screwup in your Internet
provider's anti-spam scanner).
So what has your e-mail provider told you about the error that their
mail server returns to you?
