problem with email

my problem is with sending email to someone who has
outlook express as their email opener. They use also
windows xp. I have an aol address as well and we have not
had problems in the past but now their computer blocks my
email. When I use another name to send it, it goes through
just fine. only one name is blocked. They took me off the
blocked list but when i resent email it blocked me again.
they do auto updates with windows xp. Why would it keep
blocking me even after my name was unblocked? Any one have
any ideas as to what I can do please email me. So they say
their computer is detecting a virus under that name but no
one else I email has any problems. I hoe someone can give
me an idea of what to check or do. Thanks.
