I suppose I could get even more detailed if I knew which
ISPs were involved,

The ISPs are in the Uk are Wanadoo(aka freeserve)

and in the USA Bellsouth

and the server names you use do not quite understand what
this is so please let me know what they are and I can then
get this for you
