Did you turn left at the intersection, instead of right? Did you miss your
exit on the Internet highway? Didn't you notice that this is a "Microsoft"
group? What part of "Americal On Line" do you see in "Microsoft"? I will be
surprised if anybody who knows the answer posts here.
Here is a suggestion; point your news client to any NNTP service which
carries groups such as, 'alt.aol', 'alt.aol-tricks', or 'alt.online-
service.america-online', and ask your question there.
I don't use AOL at all (or MSN, the ISP); and I don't even use my ISP (SBC
Yahoo! DSL Service) branded software. Pure, unbranded Mozilla, Firefox, or
Opera; depending upon my purpose.
