Hi,
I think I found a way round to solve this particular storage problem. As
before mentioned when opened or read, the mail is downloaded to the local
mail folder even if the synchronization is configured for headers only.
Synchronization for headers only works when you do not read or open the mail
messages so I thought that deleting local mail files manually will do the
trick. A batch file scheduled to delete the specific OE dbx files monthly
will save up the space for unnecessary mail storage. After deleting that
files OE again downloads the headers but as you are done with that mail, the
body won't be downloaded again for every user. I wanted to share this, it
may be useful for anybody else using OE for imap accounts. Thanx anyway
