Message formats are basically Plain Text or HTML. (Some mail services or programs support
other options which may not be compatible with any other programs).

The Yahoo "Color and Graphics" is their term for HTML.

Although Yahoo can received messages with embedded images, it doesn't appear that you can
use their mail program to compose messages with images of your choice. It appears that
the only images that you can use in a message composed in Yahoo is one of theirs, such as
the smileys and stationery. And in those cases, the images are not included in the
message but rather as a URL to the image on Yahoo's web site.
