Is it possible to create/run macros for use in Outlook
Express 6.0?

Example:
To notify my ISP of SPAM it failed to filter out, I have
to forward the E-Mail as an attachment. I'd like to
simplify ->

<Message><Forward as attachment><To:[contacts]>
emailspam@isp<OK><Send New Mail><Delete Active Message>

There has to be an easy solution out there. Please help.
