Ah, yes. I spoke too narrowly. Any mail delays are the problem of either the
sending, or receiving mail provider's servers. The mail provider may, or may
not be the same as the ISP. Ironically, for SBC Yahoo! Dial-up/DSL Service
customers (not the unmigrated legacy customers, though), Yahoo! is the ISP's
mail provider; even though it is not an ISP in its own right.
