Close Outlook Express, do a search for OUTBOX.DBX, and delete (or rename) it
when you find it. If you're using Windows 2000 or XP, the file will be
hidden, so you'll need to have the search tool look for hidden/system files.
A new Outbox, minus any stuck email, will be created the next time OE
starts.
