Problem sending mail at Hotmail and Yahoo

Hi,

I have this peculiar problem lately.
Essentially, I am NOT able to send any emails via Hotmail
or Yahoo. After clicking on the Send button, absolutely
nothing happens... the screen and everything just remain
status quo. However, other functions remain intact, eg
clicking on Options, My Account, Sign Out, all works.
Frustrated, I tried sending mail at Mail.com. And it
worked here.

Appreciate if someone can help me out or explain why this
is happening. Thanks!
