cannot reply to emails on OE

I have just recently started to use outlook express and I
cannot figure out what to do so that I can reply to
emails. It wont even let me send an email back to a
different email box so that I can reply that way. Can
someone please help me with this problem even if i am
just being totally pc blonde and this is a simple
problem. Here is the error message I get:
The message could not be sent because one of the
recipients was rejected by the server. The rejected e-
mail address was XXXXx Server: 'mail2.gbronline.com',
Protocol: SMTP, Server Response: '550 not local host
fone.net, not a gateway', Port: 25, Secure(SSL): No,
Server Error: 550, Error Number: 0x800CCC79
